Product reviews for Pop & Lock PL3300 Manual Tailgate Lock for Dodge Ram

SCAM SCAM-This place is a SCAM. They don't send the parts but their system shows delivered! Not delivered here to me. I have been on hold for over 2.5hrs because they charged me for $1400 for parents that have not arrived. No one picks up the “Customer Support” line during regular business hours. I haven’t received any response to my multiple emails and texts. I’m going to cancel the CC payment and let them deal with the bank and the police. They are 45 minutes away from me, I should have just driven to their business location but I think that it doesn’t really exist. Stay away from this company. They are a SCAM company SCAM SCAM SCAM
