Online service and delivery was great. Only concern was the item (tyres) purchased had a manufactory date of December 2017.

My tires were a year old already according to the DOT number on the tires. That does not bother me at all just letting anyone know that it may matter to. I was expecting the tires to arrive in about a week or so. I had them in two days. Very happy! Will be using Autoplicity.com in the future.

Delivery truck was delayed for one day do to maintenance issues. My order arrived before lunch the following day. Delivery guy was very nice and called ahead of time advising me what time he would be at my home. My order was correct and perfect!

I got my tires way cheaper ordering off the website. They were exactly what I ordered. The right size I ordered. And delivery was WAY faster than expected!

Quick and easy checkout through Amazon. My parts were half the price of others places like Auto zone for the exact same brand and party number. They shipped the next day and took about a week to get here

I'll start off saying that Autoplicity's prices are unbeatable...but, I placed my order on a Saturday night (which I know is the weekend)on a in stock part and it took them till the following Thursday to ship it out. I use my truck to make a living and was hoping to get it a little quicker, but now I'm down another 3-4 days till the part gets here. Also, I sent a e-mail on Tuesday evening regaurding my order and never got a response.
