Service was great. However, I first needed to change an order & found I had to cancel it and reorder correctly. I did this. However, the second order was also cancelled by the warehouse because they thought it was a duplicate. I reordered again! The battery was shipped this Monday & arrived Tuesday! I placed the order online with no problem, and I received my order a couple of days later. Item was as described and the price was competitive with other vendors.
