Was grate, the only a prefer no charge for the delivery on regular shipment

They met all my expectations, which isn't a simple thing to do. I will visit the site again for future purchases.

I needed an expensive part for my outboard motor's steering system, several of the internet sellers should out of stock/back ordered. Boatplicity showed the item in stock. I went on chat and was told the item was available. I paid the extra $9.99 for 2 day delivery. I ordered the $2000.00 item Wed. May 15 2024 at 1:00 pm. Fed Ex rang my door bell the next day at 11:30 am. I received that item less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order. That is as good as it gets !

Once again a great experience was had when I ordered parts from you.
I don't know how you do it but you manage to have the best price and service whenever I'm looking for parts.

I ordered a part for my RV furnace.  You shipped it out in a reasonable time, but the part was delayed by the USPS and I received it almost a week after I ordered it.  Since it was delayed & I could not wait for it, I got the same part from another place.  After I received your part late, I called and requested a return.  I was very satisfied with the return process & received notice yesterday that a refund had been issued.  All in all, I was very satisfied with your service, but not with USPS.

Always correct and quick.
