Product reviews for Vortex 120BZR-51 Silver 51-Tooth Rear Sprocket

Easy to navigate website, the products we ordered were in stock, and fast order fulfillment!

So far in the purchasing process prior to shipping ,experience has been quick and painless.

Super fast shipping.  I ordered oil,  and received it two days later.

Saia is a horrible freight company. I used to deal with them at my previous job as a shipper. Box had a little damage, paint is rubbed off in a couple areas and swivel wheel assembly was bent. I was able to get it straight. Hopefully it will roll ok once it has weight on it. Not something I would expect for a $1500 item. I had to call Saia several times because I was getting a runaround on the delivery, they kept telling me they would schedule a delivery time. Never did, it showed up at my house unexpected, luckily my wife was still home. Seems like a good product though

issue was corrected very fast and easy

thank you
