The AC unit has not been installed yet. We will get it done this weekend so I will know more at that time. The website, service and delivery was wonderful.

I had tried to cancel an order prior to shipment, but the product still shipped. I have shipped back my product and am waiting on a full refund. Assuming this process goes smoothly, I would rate the customer service 5 stars. My name is Andre Hotard.

This is the only place I found that didn't ask if I wanted to talk to someone. Plus check out was easier then the rest.
