The way it was described it come with everything you needed and it took over a week to get the product to find out it did not come with the lower unit so now it's going to take another 5 to 10 days to get the rest of the product it should've come with everything it's not a replacement air conditioner

Websight was a little weird after inserting PayPal info, but it was still easy enough to navigate through and the best price I found

My RV A/C quit on me and Boatplicity had the best price. Delivery time was quick, three days. Very happy with the price and service. Will certainly check them out first for any future needs.
