I had tried to cancel an order prior to shipment, but the product still shipped. I have shipped back my product and am waiting on a full refund. Assuming this process goes smoothly, I would rate the customer service 5 stars. My name is Andre Hotard.

The coil overs look good. I have yet to install them and test how they are.
