Product was as advertised. Packaging was poor. Furnace was damaged (bent in two places) but not enough to effect operation. Their prices were much better than other sites. Would definitely recommend for RV parts.

Made a phone call to the 888 number and the girl was very helpful, therefore I made up my mind to order immediately.
