Was very satisfied with this transaction except for one thing..
Their ad that I responded to clearly stated "Free Shipping" but the final invoice included an insurance charge (which I did not ask for) AND shipping charges.. Don't offer free shipping and then not honor it..
Otherwise was a simple process and received the product in a timely fashion..

No problems, the only thing is your tacking app. doesn't work very well. Only told me it got shipped and when it got here, no ETA.
