Everything was fine, although thought it said free shipping then a small shipping charge appeared. Not a big deal the price was right.

Really good experience, I did choose the two-day delivery shipping choice, but I received my package in about a week. I do understand shipping is out of wack though. Product was superb as well as customer service. Would definitely do business again.

I paid 2 day air shipping but it was shipped through ground shipping for 6 day waiting. Called customer service and asked for a refund on shipping fee.
