The picture showed the bouy with hardware installed, At the end of the description it said in fine print hardware not included. My fault for not reading it completely but photo was not accurate. Instructions for connecting to chain were helpful.

When I ordered this shower faucet to replace the original, I didn't expect arrival for maybe a week. This arrived in 2 days. That's amazing. I'm very suprised and satisfied with the quality. I installed it the same day in about 20 min. I'm actually going to order another one, just with a different finish. Or I might order 2 so I can have an extra. Never know when 1 of the 3 could end up with the hose fitting broken off. Thanks Guys n Gals. Keep up the good work. Rob

Really good experience, I did choose the two-day delivery shipping choice, but I received my package in about a week. I do understand shipping is out of wack though. Product was superb as well as customer service. Would definitely do business again.

It was a good experience making the order, I haven’t got the product yet so I can’t give you a full review
