Bought a gift online for Christmas, was texted the next day that the item was not available with no ETA. Panicked, searched the web and found Autoplicity...item in stock, about $20 cheaper and were mailed out with two days to spare, received on the 22nd. Product was as expected, worked great. If they price match, may use them again in the future.

I placed my order by email through the wholesale department and didn't realize that I needed to complete the finalized quote that was emailed back to me because it ended up in my spam folder. This delayed things, but I learned from the experience and received excellent customer service.
