Just wondering what the goop is called that goes on the connection for the ignition control unit? There is a flat plate that sits against another flat plate and there seems to be some connection goop on it. That goop failed in my old unit by becoming crusty and didn't allow the connection.

Gibson Catback, Single muffler in midsection with back half and front half straight piped. Four piece section with three clamps. Simpler and cleaner design and upgrade over stock system.
