Paid extra for 2 day delivery and took 6 days.
Received product and found I ordered the wrong part, sent message on how to return the part for refund and still no response.

I called, because I had a question about the item. They answered my questions and confirmed that the parts were available and in stock at the manufacturer (kind of a big deal these days in case you hadn't noticed). I placed the order on-line, and they were shipped fast. Just about all you can ask for.
