Received my order in two shipments, but not sure I was notified of the two. Thought just one. Contacted CS and once informed, I was good with the two shipments. I ordered brake pads. One shipment was nicely packaged in a box to protect the brake material. The other was just in a thinly padded envelope. I don't see damage, but the brake pad material is easily damaged if thrown around during delivery.

Selected free shipping on step 1 and it changed to 2 day shipping on the next step. It would be easy to miss this and pick the wrong shipping type. But good price and found exactly what I wanted easy.
