clerk not courteous, unhappy that I had to call to confirm my shipping information and to question where the warehouse was sending products from, (I needed to calculate ETA)

Product fine - my only complaint is having to pay 2 separate s&h charges for 1 item that were pulled off the same shelf/box/or hook and put in the same delivery box (the weight could not cause added  shipping cost)- This is not right .

I recieved my order but before this I also recieved an email from autoplicity stating they couldn't fulfill my order? I got in touch with customer service to make sure they were out of stock, they said yes & cancelled my order. 2 hrs later I recieved an update that my order had been shipped, after I had already cancelled & bought another part from ebay. All in all it was fine, I just cancelled the ebay order since this one had already shipped. They need better communication between their distributer & their office personnel & it would've been a flawless transaction.
