Ordered a new vent for my camper. Delivered very fast and in good shape. Was able to install successfully but cannot tell yet whether it will deliver because the camping season is over but don't expect to have problems with it.

Customer error: when placing order, I neglected to consider that present car is a 2003 special one year production vehicle, A Chevrolet LTZ
Trailblazer, manufactured one year only to commemorate the 20th ANNIVERSAY OF THE WASHINGTON REDSKINS. The dashboard is that of an 18 year old car. Smaller in size, no WIfI, no GPS, no bells, no whistles. the cups simply don't fit. Autoplicity's product was as ordered. ERROR was purchaser's.

I tried calling for customer support on an item I purchased, I was next in line on the call queue for 25 minutes, I finally just hung up. All the rest was great, I ordered parts, I received them quickly. The parts were what I ordered.
