Very surprised to see free shipping on a 12’ long product. I will be pleasantly surprised if I don’t get charged for shipping.

My second purchase with Autoplicity. Your company took such good care of a problem I experience on my first order so I want to do more business with your team. Thank you

Products appear to be authentic & were in stock for immediate shipping. Great pricing & ship out speed. Unfortunately, Fedex lost one of the packages due to missing barcode label, which held up the rest of the shipment, too. Tracking showed expected delivery for Sunday but didn't until Tuesday due to Monday holiday, which also messed up our plans for installation. :(
