I contacted customer service because I paid for my order on the 6th of Aug paid for 2 day shipping. I hadn't heard nothing it was the 9th of Aug so I received an email receiving a 5 dollar credit because they made a mistake an sent my order out as ground. The customer service rep looked up my order an sent me the email to track my order

After I explained to Jennifer the difficulty I had had getting a estimated delivery time on the website, she was able to quickly determine where my order was in the shipment preparation process. She also promised me she would send an Email with confirmation of shipment, later that day, which would then provide me an estimated delivery date.
