I'm completely satisfied with autoplicity. The shipping box was completely destroyed but the product seemed okay. There were a couple superficial things at the bottom of the battery but hopefully it wasn't damaged enough to cause an internal problem

They charged me $9.99 for 2 day delivery then they couldn't do it it by then it came in 4 days still waiting for my refund.
