I ordered the part, but never got any shipping info or updates, the package just showed up, would have been nice to have gotten an alert that the part had actually been shipped. Other than that everything was fine, I got the part and my customer was happy.

The ordering process was very easy and it arrived on time , however, the item I ordered is not what was pictured on the web site. I will be returning this item and try reordering to get the correct item.
