I ordered a Safe-T-Alert for my motorhome. Mine has two wires and the one I ordered has 4 wires. The representative was very knowledgeable and courteous about the return. I immediately received an email containing the return permission.

I was happy with the shipping and packaging.
One thing that I did not like was that the hardware for my exhaust was missing 2 bolts. All of the other hardware was there including the washers and nuts for the missing bolts.
