I called within an hour after I ordered part to cancel, I was told to submit it on line, which I did. The part was still shipped.

The only issue I had was that I paid for 2 day Priority Shipping but the carrier did not deliver in that time. When I contacted customer service, they issued a credit for the difference in shipping charges.

I will definitely use Autoplicity again for future purchases! The part for my Odyssey tailgate handle was a perfect fit. I am able to open the tailgate without the handle sticking like it did on the old rusty part.
