It was very easy. I did an internet search for the part I needed and I found you're website. I verified my make and model and ordered the part. It came in within a few days and it was a perfect match!

I had to return an item which was the wrong part. Autoplicity acted fast to send a return authorization. I was quickly credited for the return. All Items are sent and arrive fast. No excuses like some other suppliers I deal with. They are now my go-too.

I ordered the parts, but when they came they were too small and I will need to return them to get the correct ones. I have an older model truck and, unfortunately, this is a common occurrence. Aside from the wrong size everything else was great.
