I was a little hesitant as I had not heard of this company before my search. Good communication, quick shipping. Will buy from them again.

Easy to order and also called for a bit more information and she was very, very helpful and polite and able to take care of our request.

I was very pleased with getting the correct part and on time. The shipping costs seemed to be a bit excessive, but I was very impressed with Autoplicity having a fairly good inventory selection and having the correct part that I needed without having to do multiple searches.
