Package was beat up. Igniter was broken. Main gas pipe was also broken. Reused old parts from furnace I removed.

The only issue I had was that I paid for 2 day Priority Shipping but the carrier did not deliver in that time. When I contacted customer service, they issued a credit for the difference in shipping charges.
