Two of four items were shipped from different location and wasn't updated correctly on shipment.

I purchased two items and paid for two day shipping. I received one item within the two day window but the other one took six days. Autoplicity gave me tracking info and this is a fedex issue not an Autoplicity one. I did also provide this feedback and requested a partial shipping cost refund.

Was notified of backorder and expected date of arrival. Order actuallyl came few days early. Customer service answered my questions when I called. Great prices, great service.
