Received my order in two shipments, but not sure I was notified of the two. Thought just one. Contacted CS and once informed, I was good with the two shipments. I ordered brake pads. One shipment was nicely packaged in a box to protect the brake material. The other was just in a thinly padded envelope. I don't see damage, but the brake pad material is easily damaged if thrown around during delivery.

it is dumb that i have to put in my email address twice for shipping and billing. furthermore, your system tried to block a PO Box billing address. that is also dumb, but PO Boxes are valid billing addresses. I would understand if you don't ship to PO Box addresses, but billing programming should not block that. I worked around it... but still...
