Bought a gift online for Christmas, was texted the next day that the item was not available with no ETA. Panicked, searched the web and found Autoplicity...item in stock, about $20 cheaper and were mailed out with two days to spare, received on the 22nd. Product was as expected, worked great. If they price match, may use them again in the future.

It would be better if they let me know when and during the shipping times are available to me. I just got it yesterday without expecting it arrived. (I didn't when it will be arrived or later)
