ordered 2 cans of paint, one was delivered damaged- we had to rig up a way to even get it to spray.. the other can was so damaged they did not even deliver it.

Ordering process is relatively easy.

I ordered a specific product, that was advertised, and then received a cancellation notice, and refund, due to the products unavailability.  Then, another similar product was sent in its place, that has the same part #.  But it isn`t the same, using it.  I actually have contacted the manufacturer about them selling their own different product under the same part #.  And they have replied saying that the formula for it hasn`t changed, even though the packaging has.  But I have the older version and the new version, of their product, and the new, isn`t as effective.  I have since re-sent more specific`s on it, and am waiting their reply.

Good product

Very easy process and shopping experience.  The only issue was billing and shipping.  Our customer wanted to purchase the kit and have it sent to us.  The order was cancelled 2x before he was able to find out that the billing address and the shipping address had to be the same or the order would be cancelled.
Additionally, we have a shop but all of our billing information is from our home.  We were unable to ship directly to the shop because the billing address was different.  In these times, this process should be streamlined a little bit better.
Shipping time was awesome.  We were already delayed by the previous issue so when we received it, after only a few days and during a holiday weekend, we were impressed.
The kit seems to be great quality but we have only started the install.

Easy to find and easy to checkout, and price is FANTASTIC!
