Lousy returns policy... no pickup at client's home
High prices (considering sales are brokerage
Congenial order staff... lacking OPS knowledge
Superior expedited delivery (in my case)

They have multiple store fronts that focus on specific groups of products. At first glance that sounds weird, but you actually get a more product focused experience without being bombarded with a bunch of stuff that has nothing to so with what you're looking for. They are almost always the best price, or with in a dew dollars of it. Their shipping is fast, and they package well. I've ordered supplies from them many times and will continue to do so.
