I tried to call the phone number and never talked to anyone and was on hold for over 30 Mins.

Tracking option didn't work, but otherwise fine. Package was delivered quickly, and product was as expected. The only issue we have with the product is that it came with a car charger rather than a charger that plugs into an outlet. We had to order a different charger, which made our cost go up.
