I contacted customer service because I paid for my order on the 6th of Aug paid for 2 day shipping. I hadn't heard nothing it was the 9th of Aug so I received an email receiving a 5 dollar credit because they made a mistake an sent my order out as ground. The customer service rep looked up my order an sent me the email to track my order

Fast shipping, accurate description, good prices. Been using autoplicity for a few years, always been great so far. Website is easy to use. They could add some more subcategory filters to help narrow things down but otherwise very happy.
