I contacted customer service because I paid for my order on the 6th of Aug paid for 2 day shipping. I hadn't heard nothing it was the 9th of Aug so I received an email receiving a 5 dollar credit because they made a mistake an sent my order out as ground. The customer service rep looked up my order an sent me the email to track my order

Really not much to it...went to manufacturer's website to confirm part number that works on my year/make/model...enter part number in search and order.
