I contacted customer service because I paid for my order on the 6th of Aug paid for 2 day shipping. I hadn't heard nothing it was the 9th of Aug so I received an email receiving a 5 dollar credit because they made a mistake an sent my order out as ground. The customer service rep looked up my order an sent me the email to track my order

Only place in the country with these tires actually in stock and not outrageously marked up. Quick to ship. Great experience.
