I purchased two items and paid for two day shipping. I received one item within the two day window but the other one took six days. Autoplicity gave me tracking info and this is a fedex issue not an Autoplicity one. I did also provide this feedback and requested a partial shipping cost refund.

I was sent a duplicate item. I called Autoplicity for a return shipping label, and it took 3 days for them to send it after multiple follow up calls.
