recieved package today, everything looks ok, was a large package and must have been tough for the delivery person to drag up the stairs, thank you. Item looks as advertised. I have not yet installed, but should have no issues.

I called and spoke with Dominique (think that was her name) - she was located in New Hampshire - very nice and helpful - went out of her way ....great customer service - so I decided to buy from your company - 1st time and hopefully I am still happy when the product arrives :-)
