Great price. Showed up at my house in 2 days. Haven't installed it yet but don't forsee any problems. Great experience all around.

The website is easy to navigate. Autoplicity had the lowest Monroe shock absorber prices after checking two local sources and three online, plus they honored a coupon code for a percentage off shipping. I only had one question regarding the a difference between the name of the product on the website and the name on Monroe's website. A call to customer service confirmed it was the same product.

The person talking to me was not born here and spoke with a huge accent. I don't have a problems with people coming to the US from other countries. However, I have trouble understanding them....Have a person that speaks with no accent answer the phone.
