Website is not very user friendly and the shopping cart portion of it seemingly has some glitches. (Sometimes there is no delete button for items in your cart and sometimes your cart shows a certain number of items and then when you click the cart it says your shopping cart is empty).

The item description, item picture and item list title were ALL DIFFERENT. I had to call an associate and have him confirm what was what. Hopefully I will get the correct item.

Great company, unfortunately I need to return my item - instructions for doing so are very clear.
