Had a problem with some parts that were defective. Autoplicity sent my RMA return shipping label immediately. I reordered the parts and received them very quickly. Once I replaced them I sent the original parts back with the pre-paid label. The customer service rep that I talked to when I reported the defective parts stated that they would process a refund once the parts were returned. Quite understandably.

Super impressed as a first time shopper! Best price around and I shopped intensely. When I called customer service they told me the item was not in stock but then later in the day I received a shipping notice and was super pleased that it did ship. And even though I was confused why customer service told me it wasn't I did get a follow up email.
