Needed Ducky Water Spot Remover for my boat & ordered from a different supplier on July 12, prior to placing the same order with Autoplicity. I was never informed of the back order with previous supplier until after I hit the "place order" button, then receive an email notice hours later. Waited weeks to find out the product would not be in stock until July 30. Too long to wait. I found the same product "in stock" at Autoplicity for a great sale price. Placed my order & had the product within days!! I'm a happy customer!

Ordering was easy and the delivery was quick but the box was a bit beat up and the enclosed bike rack was dusty. Made me wonder if I was sent a new or used/refurbished item.
