Had a problem with only half my order being shipped . I question them by email and they go back to me in minutes . I was told the second half of the order would come in two days and it did. I was impressed how they were on top of it so quickly.

The UPS tracking information online only showed that they had "received the information". When I contacted Autoplicity about the package, they confirmed that UPS had actually had already picked it up. I received the package the very next day.
