The AC was missing a capacitor, but that is an issue for the manufacturer Dometic not Autoplicity.

I'm pleased with my Autoplicity order. I was looking for a specific item for my camper and had never heard of Autoplicity before. But they were the best price and had a very impressive website, so I took a chance. I'm glad I did. My items were delivered to me quickly and exactly as I ordered them. I would recommend them to others for sure.
