Fast delivery! Box a little shuffled but radiator was packaged well and seem to be OK. So far very satisfied. Haven't installed yet but will update feedback if need be. Thanks for the fast service!

These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Great prices for the parts I needed to replace on my SUV, a bit hard to reach customer service when I had a question about the order. When I finally did reach CS, question was answered without any issues, shipping costs seem a bit high.
