Timely order. My only issue was that I was unaware that my item had already been shipped because the status of my order just said 'completed'. In reality, it was already shipped and halfway across the country! I was pleasantly surprised and surprisingly uninformed. Off my soapbox. Thanks!

Hello You sent me the wrong item
I received an boat lock and ordered a Yakima cargo box as shown with a picture , no description was given. So I sent it back also when I called and explained this to the woman she said I would receive an email with a Label. I did not so I searched google for autoplicity returns and followed the directions. Yes I will still shop autoplicity. Mistakes do happen.
