Everything up to receiving item was fine. Only small negative is the crossmember could have been packaged better. It arrived with one corner slightly bent. I showed it Mr. Vise and straightened it out. Next step painting. Thanks!

Shopped around and found this one to be the cheapest price I could find and exactly what I was looking for. Received my package in a little less than a week's time, only complaint I had was I never got an email for my package being shipped or a confirmation for it. I haf to research my own on the site to find that my package had already been shipped and was already half way on its way towards me. I had already got my product and installed it for a few days then got 2 emails from autoplicity saying my product was shipped and the other saying it was delivered...you don't say?? Haha Overall very satisfied.

I placed this exact order last week and still have not received a confirmation of the item ordered last week. I better be only shipped only one item. I have sent several inquiries regarding the order. But no answer.
