Five days after the purchase, I contacted customer support for the latest status and they told me that a tracking number would be sent by COB on that day but they never did until now. I chose a free shipping and it took ~12 days, which I would say fair. Other than that, the price was very good compared to other web sites.

Found pics of louvers on a charger, thought it was pretty cool so I looked for some, found some, this site had lowest price so I bought me some.

Great prices. I signed up for the newsletter but the coupon doesn't apply to my purchase.

I made a purchase based on the $20offshipping, but there was no place to put the code. Thanks.
