Customer service is lacking. Never an answer to anything when I called (7 times), was told I'd get an email. When I did finally get an email several days later, it did not address the issue I was calling about. Information was also conflicting. When I called on 4/9/2019 for order status, they said they would send an email with tracking info when the product shipped. It arrived 5 minutes after I hung up. While I appreciate it's arrival, I am confused why someone could not tell me it was on the way. It seems your order system needs some improvement.
