Super easy and Quick! Called Tech. Support to confirm my part selection/fit. Really fast delivery for coming from the east coast. BUT, Part was not as pictured. I actually purchased because of the BOSAL brand and the picture was identical to the one I needed. When this one came, It looked like all the cheaper brands I could have bought for less! (Converter was way smaller than original, and not round)Totally bummed! Customer Service and shipping was great, but for the misrepresentation of the product, I rated it a three.

Easy and straightforward. Experienced no site glitches as I did on other auto part sites when shopping. Part arrived quickly, works perfectly, and had a good price. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience
